It’s been one full year since 107.3 Alternative Cleveland locked in its current on-air lineup, and the station is starting to find its footing. Their recent music test showed a smart, accessible mix of rock — balancing heavier, aggressive tracks with melodic, upbeat alternative songs. The station’s events and social media presence suggest they’re reaching a healthy balance of both male and female listeners.

Mornings belong to Brady and Lux. Brady has been with the station since 2022, making her the longest-tenured member of the current lineup. She and Lux just celebrated their one-year anniversary as a morning team. In a world full of constant arguments, they keep things light, poke fun at each other, and give listeners the feeling of having coffee with friends.

Norm, whose real name is Ben Ealy, handles middays from 11am to 2pm, sliding in right after the station’s 107 Minutes commercial-free sweep. The Pennsylvania native previously did mornings at a country station in Maryland before joining Rubber City Radio Group. He also pulls a shift on the company’s country station, but his focus during the day is firmly on 107.3’s alternative sound.

Carrie Danger drives the afternoons. A Tennessee native, she began her radio career in 2010 and won Best Radio Host at the 2024 Cleveland Music Awards. She’s known for her high energy, sharp wit, and “Mental Health Mondays” segments, steadily growing from a voice on the radio into a recognizable presence around town.

Nights are handled by Matt Rybar, who recently marked his one-year anniversary with the station. The Cleveland native works at the Akron Art Museum, serves as an MC for the Cleveland Monsters and Charge, and hosts a weekly “Live & Local” segment on Fridays that gives local bands a platform. In an era where live nighttime radio is becoming rare, Matt brings an enthusiastic, infectious energy to the station.

On weekends, Steffany Nicole and Cherise Richards help round out the lineup. Steffany hosts weekend middays and also works as a traffic reporter for the cluster, while Cherise, a longtime Rubber City Radio Group personality and Assistant Program Director at WQMX, adds her veteran presence to the weekend mix.

One year in, the station finally feels like it has real consistency and identity. If they keep this up, 107.3 might actually become what they’ve been calling themselves all along — the best station in the land.
