Audacy’s 98.5 KLUC in Las Vegas is making another significant adjustment to its weekday lineup, shifting YEA Networks’ Tino Cochino Radio into the highly competitive afternoon drive timeslot.
Beginning with the move, Tino Cochino Radio will air weekdays from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., replacing Audacy’s nationally syndicated afternoon host Bru. The change is the latest step in KLUC’s ongoing programming refresh, following the recent arrival of Shawn Tempesta in mornings and Mikalah Gordon’s move to middays.
Cochino shared his excitement about the opportunity on social media, thanking listeners and supporters while celebrating the continued growth of both his radio and comedy careers. He also invited Las Vegas listeners to spend their afternoon commute with him and his team weekdays on KLUC.
The syndicated personality has been familiar to Las Vegas audiences for several years. Tino Cochino Radio first entered the market in 2019 with a morning run on KVGQ before joining KLUC’s lineup in 2020 during late nights. In 2023, the show expanded into the station’s evening lineup, and now moves into one of radio’s most valuable dayparts with the afternoon drive assignment.
The move further solidifies KLUC’s revamped weekday schedule as Audacy continues refining the sound of one of Las Vegas’ longest-running and most recognizable CHR brands.
