A Green Bay radio personality is no longer with his employer following his arrest on multiple felony charges, according to local reports and a company statement.
Authorities say Daniel Lieburn, 39, faces one count related to possession of child sexual abuse material along with several drug-related charges. The case was first detailed by WLUK-TV, which reported that investigators were alerted last year to suspected illegal content being shared through a social media account. The investigation led to a search warrant and Lieburn’s subsequent arrest.
According to the criminal complaint cited by WLUK-TV, Lieburn acknowledged involvement with the material during questioning. Formal charges have been filed, and the case is proceeding through the court system.
Woodward Community Media confirmed that Lieburn is no longer employed by the company. In a statement provided to multiple local television outlets, the company said, “Daniel Lieburn, known on air as Dan Brown, is no longer employed at Woodward Community Media. We have no further comment at this time.”
Lieburn had been associated with WKSZ-FM (95.9 Kiss FM) in Green Bay, where he worked in an on-air capacity. Additional background reported by local media indicates he was also active as a DJ in the region.
No further comment has been issued by the company, and no additional employment actions involving other staff have been announced in connection with this case.
The investigation remains ongoing.
