Remote General Sales Manager
Work From Anywhere In The United States
As our General Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding the On The Dial brand by developing new advertising partnerships, securing sponsorships, growing digital revenue, and helping businesses connect with one of the broadcasting industry’s fastest-growing news platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Generate new advertising and sponsorship revenue.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop creative marketing solutions for advertisers.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with company leadership to drive continued growth.
• Help shape the future of a growing national media company.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience in radio, digital media, advertising, marketing, or media sales is a plus—but above all, we’re looking for someone who knows how to build relationships and deliver results.
We’re searching for someone who is self-motivated, organized, professional, competitive, and excited by the challenge of turning conversations into lasting partnerships.
And yes…someone who understands that a voicemail isn’t necessarily a rejection—it might just be tomorrow’s biggest client.
Compensation
