Atlanta radio is getting a familiar facelift.
Cox Media Group’s Adult R&B powerhouse, KISS 104.1, is reshuffling its weekday lineup, bringing some of the city’s most recognizable voices into new positions while saying goodbye to a longtime member of the team.
After seven years with the station, Assistant Program Director and midday host Dyron “Ducati” Walker has exited KISS 104.1. Walker joined the Atlanta outlet in April 2019 and steadily became one of the station’s signature personalities before being promoted to APD in August 2024. His career began in New Orleans at Q93 in 2004 as a morning show producer and co-host. Following a move to Atlanta in 2009, he expanded his footprint through traffic reporting, voice tracking in multiple markets, and weekend and fill-in duties at Wild 105.7/96.7.
As one respected voice exits, another shifts into place.
Monie Love, who has been guiding Atlanta listeners through afternoons since 2019, is moving into middays. The legendary personality and artist brings decades of experience to the role, including previous stops at WTLC-FM in Indianapolis, morning radio in Philadelphia, and national syndication alongside Ed Lover.
Taking over afternoons is another Atlanta favorite.
Ramona DeBreaux moves into the daypart after joining KISS 104.1’s weekend lineup last year. DeBreaux spent 15 years with V-103, becoming one of the market’s most familiar voices before stepping away in 2023 to focus on writing and television production. Longtime Atlanta listeners will also remember her influential run at Hot 97.5 and Hot 107.9, where she spent more than a decade helping define the city’s urban radio landscape.
In an era where talent often comes and goes, KISS 104.1 is doubling down on trusted personalities with deep connections to Atlanta audiences. Familiarity matters. Authenticity matters. And in a city with a rich radio heritage, these voices have earned their place behind the microphone.
One chapter closes for Dyron Ducati. Another begins for Monie Love and Ramona DeBreaux.
