Delta Media Corporation is investing in the future of its Louisiana sports brands, announcing a pair of internal promotions that reward two broadcasters who have become familiar voices to listeners in both Lafayette and Lake Charles.
The company has promoted Raymond Partsch III to Operations Manager, expanding his leadership responsibilities while he continues to host middays on ESPN 103.7 KLWB-FM in Lafayette and ESPN 104.1 KLCJ in Lake Charles. The move places Partsch in charge of day-to-day programming operations across the cluster while allowing him to remain one of the station group’s most recognizable on-air personalities.
Stepping into the role of Program Director is Dawson Eiserloh, who has become a rising voice within Delta Media’s sports lineup. Eiserloh will continue hosting The LohDown with D-Loh each weekday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., while now taking on responsibility for the programming direction of both ESPN-branded stations.
The promotions highlight Delta Media’s continued confidence in developing talent from within. Rather than looking outside the organization, the company is placing its future in the hands of broadcasters who already know the audience, understand the markets, and have helped build the stations’ reputation for local sports coverage.
Partsch has become one of the company’s cornerstone personalities over the years, balancing his on-air duties with growing leadership responsibilities. His work has extended well beyond the studio, earning recognition alongside fellow Delta Media broadcasters through the Louisiana Sports Writers Association for excellence in sports broadcasting and live event coverage.
Eiserloh’s promotion also reflects his steady rise within the organization. His afternoon program has become a staple for local sports fans, and he’ll now have the opportunity to shape the sound and direction of both stations while continuing to connect with listeners behind the microphone.
For Delta Media, the announcement isn’t simply about filling positions—it’s about building continuity. By elevating proven talent already embedded in the company’s culture, the broadcaster is reinforcing its commitment to local sports programming across southwest Louisiana while ensuring experienced leadership remains at the helm.
As local sports radio continues to evolve, Delta Media is making it clear that it believes its next chapter will be written by the voices already helping define its success today.
